Light
Light is everywhere in our world. We need it to see: it carries information from the world to our eyes and brains. Seeing colors and shapes is second nature to us. Lighting is a key factor in creating a successful image. Lighting determines not only brightness and darkness, but also tone, mood and the atmosphere. Therefore it is necessary to control and manipulate light correctly in order to get the best texture, vibrancy of colour and luminosity on your subjects.
Light Research
In this picture you can see the photos that me and my friends had captured and i made a decision on which ones that i liked and which ones I disliked. There were pictures that were overexposed and some that were underexposed. Some of these photos are example of shutter speed, ISO, depth of field.

Colored Gel Experiment- In this photo we used normal white lights but we used colored plastics to put in front of the white light. Which created a shadow which allowed the shadow to be a colour.
These two pictures were captured from 3 people in our group. The 1st picture shows the use of filter paper in front of a light which creates a beam of the color of the filter paper. The second picture shows the use of shutter speed and the use of light. We captured the bubbles being blown into the water and the torch adds a reflection and makes the bubbles look clear.
In this photo we used a light and shined it at this wall and me and my mate created a fist so it created this shadow.

In this shadow experiment we used a light and created 2 fist and then it created this picture. Also if he was not in that position that shadow would not be created.
